The room was spacious. the kitchen was well equipped. the location was very good for getting around. the beds were comfortable. I found the reception staff friendly. the only downside was the reception's limited hours. if you arrive on weekends, help may be difficult to find outside reception hours, other than getting the door key.

the location was quite central (easy to get around!).

I found some dark hairs in the bed, it was not pleasant to discover that at night. music from a nearby club kept me awake. The bass was loud until 5 am. the staff didn't offer solutions for the noise issue.

the location was definitely acceptable, allowing me to walk around and see a lot of the city.

I was not thrilled that the reception hours were limited. Arriving on the weekend could be tricky if i needed anything beyond just the door key. plus, there was no daily cleaning service. I had to request it and pay extra, which i found a bit irritating, to be honest. i mean, who wants to deal with cleaning on vacation?!

the location suited my travel needs. public transport was an easy walk.

the lack of a restroom in the lobby was an issue. not even a chair was available, so waiting was less than ideal. this seems like a basic amenity that got overlooked.
